#4 WWE Rumors: Two main roster call-ups from NXT

WWE Rumors Roundup - WWE Rumors - Two main roster call-ups from NXT - Sports Info Now

WWE latest updates 2021 stated that two top NXT superstars are now call-up on the main roster right after NXT’s New Year Evil show. Names of those NXT superstars are Damian Priest and Rhea Riley who call-up on the main roster soon.

WWE Reports: Two NXT Superstars moving to the main roster

At NXT’s New Year Evil show, Damian Priest lost to Karrion Kross, while Rhea Ripley lost a match to Raquel Gonzalez. So WWE plans to lose them on the NXT show and then call them up on either RAW or SmackDown just like WWE did with Dominik Dijakovic.

Here is WWE News:

“The current belief is that last night’s New Year’s Evil broadcast was planned to be the final NXT appearances for Rhea Ripley and Damian Priest and they each will be shifted to the main roster. While things can always change based on the whims of Vince McMahon, Priest’s loss to Karrion Kross and Rhea’s loss to Raquel Gonzalez were devised with the idea those were the end of the NXT chapters of their career.”

What could NXT’s Rhea Ripley and Damian Priest do on the main roster?

Earlier WWE reports suggested that WWE’s plan for Damian Priest to call-up on SmackDown brand. But not just bring him on SmackDown brand but put him into top SmackDown feud of Roman Reigns – Jey Uso –Kevin Owens. Damian Priest comes into the feud in aid of Kevin Owens as his best friend. WWE almost set a tag team match between these four but plans are scrapped last moment.

While, Rhea Ripley, is very much familiar with the RAW brand. She already made a few appearances on RAW while her feud against Charlotte Flair during Wrestlemania 36. So most probably, Rhea Ripley makes her main roster debut on the RAW brand and maybe we see her first feud against her old enemy Shayna Baszler.
